A collection of intensely fruity French-style gelées in six flavors: kalamansi lime, passion fruit, blood orange, strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. We lovingly stir fruit puree cooked with sugar and pectin until it reaches the perfect consistency, then pour it on a slab. Once set, we cut it into squares and dust with a bit of pure cane sugar. This organic dark bar is made with fair trade certified cocoa beans from Peru. At 70% cacao, it starts with a burst of freshness and powerful bitterness that softens with time on the palate.

Our 35% milk chocolate gets a lift of complexity from house-made crispy toffee bits and a sprinkling of French sea salt.
