A collection of intensely fruity French-style gelées in six flavors: kalamansi lime, passion fruit, blood orange, strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. We lovingly stir fruit puree cooked with sugar and pectin until it reaches the perfect consistency, then pour it on a slab. Once set, we cut it into squares and dust with a bit of pure cane sugar. Now that temperatures are above the melting point for chocolate, if your order will take more than 2 days in transit via UPS Ground, you MUST select 2nd Day or Overnight service. We ship using insulated packaging and frozen gel packs; those only protect the chocolates for 48 hours.
