Our chocolatiers will choose from among our entire range of bonbons to bring you the best of what we're making at the moment. Our flavors range from classics like fleur de sel caramel, French roast, pink champagne or pure dark and milk ganaches, to exotic combinations like Japanese matcha tea with lemongrass or tropical fruit with Thai chiles layered over peanut butter gianduja.
