We are pleased to offer local pickup for orders placed through our e-commerce shop!
Due to our products' perishability, we cannot hold Items for local pickup longer than 10 days unless you make specific arrangements with us at the time of your order. Orders not picked up will be considered abandoned and we will disposed of them; we do not issue refunds or exchanges on abandoned orders.
On occasion, our platform might force a shipping cost on your order. We are attempting to rectify this with the software company, but despite our best efforts it will occasionally occur. If this happens, please place a note on your order, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to pick it up, and we will refund the shipping charges.
Please note: if you place an online order for pickup, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. A follow-up email will alert you when your order is ready. Please check your spam/junk folder for those emails, as they might be filtered out as spam.
All orders for local pickup are processed at the earliest possible time. We remove the products from inventory and prepare them for you to pick up. If you do not pick up your order, we cannot issue a refund or an exchange. Our products are perishable, and we cannot return them to the shelves if you do not collect your order.
